What is included in Premium Membership? By upgrading, you will gain immediate and unrestricted access to all areas of the site: all member media, thousands of full size photographs, videos and audio clips; your profile will be displayed at the top of the search results every time; you will have exclusive access to a `Who`s Online Now` list which you can filter by gender and location; you will also gain access to live video chat, for viewing others or participating with your webcam and/or mic; furthermore, you will be able to hide your profile on the site so other members cannot see you in search results; You will also be able to send and receive unlimited private media attachments from your on-site mailbox; Premium members have unrestricted access to the IM (instant messenger) on the site. It means they can initiate conversation with every member who is online in the instant messaging format excluding those who have turned IM option off; Premium members can create and edit their own comments for other members blog posts. How much is Premium Membership? A variety of premium membership packages are available. You can purchase just one month`s membership or multiple months with savings for 3, 6 and 12 month periods. What Payment Methods are accepted? You can make your payment via credit or debit card. Netbanx will process your payment. Ukash voucher is another payment option (see below for details). At present we DO NOT accept payment by cheque. No cash or money order payments are possible. What is Ukash? Ukash vouchers is a payment option that you can use instead of credit/debit cards. You can buy Ukash vouchers at almost any store, they are like phone cards, and then enter the details on our payment page. This is an absolutely safe and discreet way of payment that allows avoiding fraud; you will have no statements and no fees. Please note that the minimum amount accepted when you pay by Ukash voucher is 50 £. Only two membership packages: 10 months and 15 months are available via Ukash payment. Members who purchase 1 month or 3 months membership package paying via Netbanx will have their membership renewed automatically at the end of the 30 day and 90 day periods respectively. You can however stop repeated billings at any time by canceling your billing subscription (see below for details). We used to work with CCBill payment system before until they decided to move away from the adult online industry. However some members who subscribed long ago via CCBill have their subscriptions still live. To cancel CCBill subscription you need to send us an enquiry. We hold no billing information for our members - CCBill and Netbanx store this How do I stop my membership being renewed? Select the Profile Options tab on your Profile Page, and click `Billing`. When you click on the link, you will be given instructions on how to cancel your membership. Please note that you have to stop rebilling before deleting your profile. If you have a subscription via CCBill please contact us with a request to cancel billings. If I cancel my billing subscription will I be downgraded immediately? No, your profile will remain premium until the end of the month paid. Is my transaction secure? Yes. Netbanx is a secure payment provider; your details will remain confidential and protected. To check the security of the page through which you are paying, check the address in the bar of your browser - it should begin "https". If you have any doubts about the security of a page, please telephone us on: 0845 226 0486 Can I be refunded if I change my mind? Please be advised that if you have been logging in and using the system, (for which we hold logs) or simply have a change of heart, we do NOT give refunds. If you are dissatisfied with our service, or have been experiencing technical problems with our site we will consider your refund. You must use our contact form to request a refund within 72 hours of your transaction, stating full reasons why you wish to cancel your premium membership. Refunds are not possible from repeat billing transactions. Please note that you are paying for an immediate online service and not a product that you can return. We will strive to remedy any problems you are having with the site quickly and efficiently. |
