Las Vegas is the New Adult Disneyland?

It was recently reported on Lasvegasnow.com that Las Vegas is the new Adult Disney Land. The allure of sex in the city and the city that never sleeps has taken on a whole new meaning. Some 3000 couples admit to being swingers in the Las Vegas area alone.

The once taboo lifestyle is becoming more and more socially acceptable. Many of those interviewed stated that yes they were indeed a swingers couple though they refrain from talking about it among family members and co-workers. It was also said that many of the limits encountered by these swinger couples where those from local governments and police.

Some of the most popular adult clubs are clustered in the Commercial Center, which is where Dave Cooper wanted to open a legal swingers club with no hookers. He calls it Sextasy and, unlike his competitors who’ve been licensed for years, was very open with officials about what would go on here.

He’s been told he’s not getting a license to open.

“We’re being punished for not being a hypocrite, which is apparently the accepted way to do it,” he said.

“Everybody isn’t into this lifestyle, but everybody is doing what we’re doing, only in another matter,” said Borchers.

We’d like to hear from you, does your city condone swinging, or is it left to better to be an underground group who is forced to feel like they are doing something wrong?

Married Personals : How to get a response from online dating

How to get I get a response

Ok, this question has been asked many times, so we thought we would offer you
suggestions on how to maximize success here at playpartner.com. We are going
to break this down to men, women and swingers couples. First lets start with
the headline, Make it original! Think about it, if you see the phrase, "Horny
and wanting to get laid" a million times, you tend to skip those ads. Think
of something creative, something that will make another smile or laugh or become
intrigued.

Men: Not all women want to know the size of your cock right off the bat, maybe
leave something to the imagination.

Women: Well what can we say here, as long as you don’t put something like "I
smell funny and walk sideways", you will more times then not get the male
attention. (sorry guys, it’s true)

Swinger Couples: We suggest you not put anything exclusive in your headline,
you never know what you are missing if it is read the wrong way.

As for the ad, well, in a sense you are trying to sell yourself to another.
You are wanting to convince them, that they should take the time to contact you.
So if your ad is three lines, and only talks about your tool, then subconscious
or not, the member of the opposite sex will assume it’s about the size of your
ad and will be just as short of an experience. Spell check your ad! Show the
world you can take the time to ensure the satisfaction of another, whether it
be the mind or body! Make sure to include what is important to you and positive
things about yourself. Let others know what interests you, turns you on and
turns you off. Make sure to be honest, lets face it, when the time comes, all
truths will come out. (Unless you are meeting in a very dark place and had lots
to drink)

Include a picture or video introduction! We know the generic men, women, swingers
couple icons are hot, but a picture is worth a 1,000 words.

Login in often and reply to all the mail you get! We do not limit your messages
like other married personals sites! Even if your reply is no, it still sends
a message that you are real, that you are looking and who knows, can you ever
have enough friends?

Upgrade your membership. By upgrading your membership, you are unleashing all
the tools that we have to offer in order to help you find what you are looking
for. You will be able to use the instant messenger, your ad becomes top placement,
you can read blogs, sex video chat and more! Not only that, a premium member
shows that you are serious about your ad. Premium members get 70% more responses
from users then standard members. It’s only 66 cents a day.

Contribute to playpartner.com! We post success stories, fantasies and soon,
the "Daily flash" where users can submit a picture daily and will

Swingers Party Crashed By News Crew

If you have been following our blog, the you already have read about the shawno wisconsins swingers group “Share your secrets club” and how they have been protested and now investigated by a news station in wisconsin. If you haven’t, then let me recap:

The secrets swingers club was protested by a group because of the nature of their parties. For whatever reason, it was determined to be news worthy even though party goers had not broken and local or state laws. From what I have learned, there have been citations for serving alcohol at the parties, as well as after hours infractions. Take into account these are minor violations.

Just when you thought this would be a small blurb in the news, here comes a news crew, doing an undercover investigation into a what they called a religous cult, maybe not in those terms but in reporting the story, they referred to the people as followers. It wasn’t until they learned that a hotel owned by the supposed group leader was being rented out by secrets swingers club that they again decided to bring the club into the lime light.

The group organized a party, made the arrangements to take over the hotel, made it very clear on their website that it was a private party. The owners of the club required registration, the hotel posted a “Private Party” sign outside the premises and covered all the windows with curtains. The door was monitored by organizers and it appeared that all bases had been covered

The local news station then decides to take a hidden camera into the party, and began asking questions, posing themselves as new lifestylers. It is unclear how or why they were let in the door without verification of their registration. However, after a period of time, they were asked if they had registered and then asked to leave the party when organizers found they were not.

Having given alot of thought to the original story, and possible angels of the story. I found myself a bit offended by the lack of judgement on behalf of the news station. It was one thing to crash and film the party, it was another to include it in their report even after they found out that the swingers club had no ties to the religous cult they were investigating. (Other then renting the motel). You maybe asking yourself “what’s the big deal?”. Well, let me explain. Had this been a public party, had it been open to all without invitation or registration, had the group been linked to their investigation, then I wouldn’t be writing today.

What did they accomplish? Well, they filmed people who may be professionals in the community, they may have taken away social status from adults who only wanted to enjoy the lifestyle privately and among those with like minds. What about the family aspect? I am in no way saying we should be embarrassed by our lifestyle choice, but, we should be able to do it privately and only let those know whom we wish to know about it. In my minds eye, this was reckless journalism for the sake of making a story interesting. I guess sex does sell, but at what cost?

One of our employees decided to write the reporter and ask a few questions. He was then referred to the station manager. He has not yet decided to respond. I will post the letter to the manager here and if they decide to reply, we will post the answers to any of our questions. In the meantime, we want to hear from you! The letter is as follows

Dear Friend,

I recently contacted the reporter doing the story about the investigation into a religous cult in shawno. I have reviewed the footage and story via your website. I asked a few questions of the reporter and was referred to you and the website for answers. I would like to be able to post the questions and any answers you may have to our blog.

First let me say I am not a member of neither group. My interest soley is on the aspect you brought into the story in part three of the story, that is, the swingers party. Also, I have no legal degree, I am only seeking answers to my questions.

After viewing parts 1 and 2 of the mentioned story, I didn’t see anything linking the gentlemen to the shawno based swingers group other then the motel, which I am sure is used by various groups.

1) What were you hoping to find when you sent your reporter into party?

2) You entered a private party, uninvited, unregistered (admittedly) with a video camera. Do you feel you violated anyones civil rights?

3) Did you get the authorization from those attending the party to show them on camera before airing the story?

4) Did you know that cameras are not allowed into parties, unless expressly consented?

5) Isn’t it illegal to photograph or video tape someone without their consent when the act takes place within the confines of a private premise? (sign outside said “private party” windows were covered.)

6) Do you now feel that there is no connection to the swingers group and religous group that you initially investigated?

7) Do you believe that your story in a way cast negative attention to a lifestyle that is about personal freedom and choice by blanketing it with the original story?

9) Did you do any prior research to the lifestyle and how people interact and determine if it was relevant to the original investigation?

As I said, I have no affiliation with either group, the issue I have is that when you air a story, using terms such as followers, in a story about swingers, you are lumping a tremendous amount of people into something they have nothing to do with. From my point of view it was reckless and in bad judgement to possibly damage peoples careers or social standing by including something in your story that had nothing to do with the original story. What I mean by this is, people in the lifestyle don’t go around and tell everyone they know, they are in it.

Had you found something going on at the party that would have indicated wrong doings, I would understand. But you didn’t. You found a group of consenting adults enjoying themselves. It should have never been included in the story as you had no justification for doing so. I look forward to any answers you may have and I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I wish you the best of luck with your journalism but I hope in the future you avoid turning innocent adults into victims in the name of making a story interesting.

Christians Promote Holy, Hot Sex in Marriage

Well, well, well, sit back, crack a bible and read this story. Straight from ABC news: People of Faith Have Better Sex Than ‘Swingers,’

More evangelical couples once embarrassed and prudish about sex are now leaving their Christian inhibitions at the bedroom door.

Pastors and counselors are offering sex advice to Christians once riddled with guilt. A holy roll in the hay is now encouraged for stronger marital bonds.
(PhotoDisc)
More PhotosFor this growing group of younger, more progressive Christians guilt is out and pleasure is in.

We discovered that Gods word is holy and hot filled with invaluable wisdom for our sexual relationship says intimateissues.com, one of the most popular Christian Web sites. It is based on a 1999 book by the same name.

The Christian wife has come a long way, baby, as a variety of sex advice books with titles like Intimacy Ignited Gift-Wrapped by God and Satisfy My Thirsty Soul are emphasizing the earthly as well as the heavenly side of love.

Pastors are sermonizing and sexologists are offering conferences to help couples overcome their guilt about a once-touchy subject. And they offer new translations of scripture to give biblical clout to their message.

People carry a lot of guilt from parents who said sex is bad said the Rev. Kerry Shook of the Woodlands Church outside Houston. We help them to have a healthy sex life. One of the things we cover in scripture is how to meet each others needs in bed.

The End:

Ok, well I am not going to poke fun at those of faith and this is all in good fun. I have sometimes equated in the heated throws of passion, to a religous experience. Think about it, I hear “Oh God yes!” “Jesus, yes!” Then there comes the ever present confessions. “I’ve been such a naughty girl!” Now if you toss in a few good spankings, I think we have come full circle. Lets hear your thoughts!

Fears Over Village Swingers Club

Ah, here we are again. This story comes out of the UK, and was posted on thisislondon.co.uk. Here’s the story as it was posted.

A former dairy farmer has converted one of his barns into a club for swingers, promising sexy fun with condoms provided.

Club Vanilla will open for business later this month and villagers from nearby Bishops Tawton are less than thrilled.

The club, which opens on April 26, is owned by 54 year old Roger Stanbury. It will be open to both locals and tourists visiting the pretty North Devon coast.

It is being advertised ahead of its launch party as a sophisticated club environment where couples can come and play.

But locals have objected to the change of use for a former barn which was once a venue for wedding receptions and childrens parties. They claim it is completely out of keeping with the traditional village atmosphere.

Sheila Moorcroft, 62, said: I don’t think it’s fitting and its pretty sleazy. I live at the next turning down and I dont want people turning round in the drive or knocking at the door asking if they have come to the right place.

Gillian Williams added: Those who live around here have already given our opinions to the council and I was against it then and I still am now.

Its entirely out of keeping with the local character and it promotes Bishops Tawton for all the wrong reasons.

The venue, which forms part of a caravan park and leisure complex, features several cosy nooks attached to the main room with large beds which will be used by couples who pay the £45 entrance fee.

The club’s website warns that no single males are allowed into sectioned off play areas and it has a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances – as well as chewing gum.

However it also encourages potential visitors saying: Theres no need to be nervous, have a relaxing cocktail and speak to our friendly bar staff who will put you at ease.

One resident suggested the close-knit nature of the village might put prospective clubbers off.

It would be quite awkward walking into the village shop in the morning and bumping into someone youd got frisky with the night before he said.

Mr Stanbury, who gave up farming seven years ago to concentrate on his camping and caravaning site is inviting swingers who enjoy having fun with other couples aged over 21 to attend the grand opening of Club Vanilla later this month.

Yesterday Mr Stanbury, a 54-year-old divorcee defended himself against accusations that he was lowering the tone of the village.

He said: This is for consenting adult couples and is not bothering anyone. Its part of a nice and quiet evening at a nice and quiet adult venue.

There’s nothing bawdy about it. Young people have their clubs in town this is just a spot for older folks to come and have some fun.

Theres a big bar and disco area where couples can meet and get to know each other then if things progress they can go somewhere more private and carry on.

Its tasteful and safe there’s nothing seedy about it in my eyes.
But he admitted his latest business venture has rubbed some of his neighbours up the wrong way.

He said: I know its unusual for a small area like this but times change.

The club rules ban members from using mobile phones, video recorders or cameras and chewing gum. Mr Stanbury said he is expecting around 50 couples on the first night later this month.

A North Devon Council spokesman said the authority had been made aware of the swingers club by local residents.

But she admitted: There are no restrictions on the license which say they cant have adult entertainment.

The End: Now for my comments. If this story doesn’t make you at the very least smile, then read it again. Lets start from the top. Did you notice the selling point? Sexy fun with condoms provided. Now thats pretty cool. Moving on. Did you notice near the beginning of the story? One of those interviewed said, I don’t want people coming to my door asking if they are at the right place. That made me laugh, because unless her house is a barn, I’m sure that wouldn’t happen very often, she also said it was sleazy! Geeez! Maybe she needs a roll in the hay

Ok! OK! My ribs hurt after reading this, and no not the single male thing. But CHEWING GUM! OMG :The club’s website warns that no single males are allowed into sectioned off ‘play areas’ and it has a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances as well as chewing gum.

Many parts of this story make me laugh, others smile. But in all seriousness, I give kudos to the town council there in allowing this venue to continue. Some cities in the USA should take note. Make sure to check back regularly, you will never know what you will find here
